Very poor. The order was not sent, and when I tried phoning, nobody returned my message. When I tried again, your mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. When I tried again, I got someone who said they'd check into it and get back to me. They never did. So I sent my son down to see if he could get the flowers. Your shop had no information about my order, however, the payment came off my credit card immediately. It was $89.55 for flowers you didn't sent. Furthermore, you wouldn't return the money and instead told me to get it from the MasterCard. But they won't unless I can give them an order number. That is unavailable from you or the web site. So I am out $89.55 and my daughter-in-law did not get the flowers. Very frustration, very annoying and not only can I not recommend you, but I won't use your service again.
